Scavenger Hunt in Nan Chang District

The rich and generous Minister Tai has announced that a Scavenger Hunt will be held in Nan Chang District on the 26th of January 2003 at 1100 hours (GMT +8) to commemorate the birth of his first son. In his benevolent generosity, he has decreed that the first ten persons to successful obtain all items in the Scavenger Hunt will win a handsome prize. To make the prize worthy of the occasion, the minister has commissioned ten sets of specially crafted Bracers to be given out as prizes for the event.
Known as Hunter"s Bracers, these bracers provides +19 Defense Rating, adds 1-6 lightning to damage done and gives +9 lightning resistance.
The rules for the Scavenger Hunt are simple:-
There will be 3 moderators and 1 judge in Nan Chang District. The judge can be found somewhere in the district while the moderators are wandering within sight of each village in the district.
The contestant must go to each of the moderator and obtain a scroll on which is written a list of items
Once the list is obtained, the contestant must collect all items stated on the list
Once all the items on the list have been obtained, the contestant must return to the moderator that gave him the list and give all the items and the list to the moderator.
Once the moderator has determined that the collected items are accurate, he will give a token to the contestant to indicate that the contestant has successfully collected all items in the list.
The contestant must now obtain the remaining two tokens from the remaining moderators in the same way.
Once a contestant has obtained all three of the tokens, he may find the Judge to claim his prize by presenting the three tokens as proof that he has completed the Scavenger Hunt.
Prizes are given to the first ten contestant that presents all three tokens to the Judge
Each contestant may only win one prize.
The Reappearance of the Mysterious Relic
26th January 2003 1100 (GMT+8)
Rumor has it that the mysterious relic from Tibet has reappeared after it was lost for almost 100 years. The relic originally belonged to a prestigious monk from Tibet. After the monk passed away, the relic was kept with his body inside the tomb in an unknown location. It was also rumored that the relic will give great power if kept inside a Relic Vault. The power can spread among all members in the clan and this is a great enticement to many people.
Travelers from Tibet revealed that the relic was finally found and was stolen by a tomb raider. The raider was actually hired by an ambitious cultist leader. He is power crazy and will risk his life to bring power to his cult. Someone saw the cultist leader in Tibet holding the relic to seek enlightenment from a famous diviner. The diviner told the cultist leader to bring the relic to a huge mountain in mainland China to perform some kind of rite. And rumor has it that the leader and his followers already started their journey.
The rite will take place in The Land of Rocky Mountain. The caravan bearing the cultist leader should reach there by 26 January 2003, at 1100 (GMT +8). The news spread like wild fire through out the world and all the clans in Mainland China have sent their men to seize the relic from that group of cultists. No one knows how strong the cultists are and where exactly the rite will take place, but not one of them wants to let go this golden opportunity slip through them. The clan that managed to seize the relic and successfully place it to their Relic Vault can expect to get additional powers.
